I SO enjoy listening to Michael Pollan speak. This video is from an appearance that he made on the Oprah Winfrey Show recently. I am particularly struck by Oprah's reaction to Michael speaking about buying sustainable, quality meat!
At the end Oprah invites everyone to form their own opinion about FOOD. What is your opinion?

It's encouraging that she's using her platform to talk about food issues!
It is encouraging to see her covering food issues... I think that she has always covered food... But I loved seeing her interview with Pollan!
I like that she had Pollan on. I think she's just very cautious about what she says now after that huge lawsuit from the beef industry.
It's nice to hear truth! I'm going to be more conciencious about what, where and from whom I my buy food..Thanks for posting this video...Ginny
